Fixem este nome; fixem o nome do auto-intitulado álbum. Imponente e ao mesmo tempo repleto de poesia.

As raízes deste (novo) grupo encontram-se firmemente plantadas no universo musical subterrâneo de Long Island. Após 4 anos de várias experimentações pelo pop-punk, Brandon Reilly (o líder do grupo) e a sua banda da altura, Movielife (que acabou por ser diluída em vários bocados), degeneraram em 2003 e Reilly formou os Nightmare of You com um amigo seu da escola secundária, Joseph McCaffrey, que assistia com frequência aos seus shows sempre que Brandon Reilly actuava a solo, apesar do seu grupo de então, Movielife.

Atenção especial ao single "The Days Go By Oh So Slow" que lembra muito os sons de Manchester dos idos anos '80. Um disco terapêutico e ao mesmo tempo obscuro e bem humorado. Como aquelas comidas boas: doce e amargo ao mesmo tempo. Há que saber a dose certa.
